Chocolate truffles made without animal product

Many of the chocolates that I make are naturally free of animal products. These include pralines and caramels made with fruit puree rather than cream and butter. Ganaches are made with fruit purees (passion fruit and black currant for example) or coconut butter and a rich, dark chocolate which is also suitable for vegan diets.

The flavours that you will find in the Vegan Chocolate range are all based on the use of dark chocolate and include Marc de Champagne, Mixed Berry Caramel, Passion Fruit, Black Currant and Cassis, Hazelnut Praline and a simple and delicious dark chocolate ganache.

Developments in the Vegan range are happening all the time so expect to soon see the introduction of vegan milk chocolate into this range.

Nenette will take all the pressure of trying to choose what to include in your box by providing you with a selection from these flavours.

All you have to do is choose how many chocolates you’d like – the boxes come in multiples of 6 from 6 up to 24 with 1, 2, 3 or 4 of each of 6 flavours to explore depending on how large a box you choose. Each, unique box of handmade chocolates will be accompanied by tasting notes to enhance your tasting experience.

Please note that the chocolates are made in a kitchen that handles dairy products and that therefore those with dairy intolerances should be aware of the possible presence of a trace of dairy products.
