Celebrating all things nutty, fruity and caramel. The handmade chocolates in this section specifically exclude even a whiff of alcohol.

Nenette not only makes luxury chocolates but also grows soft fruits which she adds to her chocolates to ensure that the lowest possible distance is travelled by these particular ingredients – just the short jaunt from the garden to the kitchen. This also ensures that they couldn’t be fresher and are totally organic!

The flavours you can expect to see included in your boxed chocolates if you are looking for something without alcohols include Caramels, Pralines and fruit ganaches and jellies.

You tell me your favourites are the unique Gooseberry Fool, Strawberry and Pepper, Ginger Salted Caramel, Biscoff Caramel, Rhubarb & Ginger, Hazelnut Praline, Mixed Berry Carmel, Treacle Caramel and Sesame Praline.

Nenette will take all the pressure of trying to choose what to include in your box by providing you with a selection from these flavours.

All you have to do is choose how many chocolates you’d like – the boxes come in multiples of 6 from 6 up to 24 with 1, 2, 3 or 4 of each of 6 flavours to explore depending on how large a box you choose.

Each, unique box of handmade chocolates will be accompanied by tasting notes to enhance your tasting experience.

Ginger salted caramel
A soft caramel made with salted butter and fresh double cream which is infused with a hint of fresh root ginger.  All enclosed in milk chocolate and decorated with and orange ‘tiger’s stripe’.
Treacle caramel
Treacle caramel
Rich, dark caramel made with fresh double cream and treacle enrobed in dark chocolate.  Think ‘bonfire toffee.’
Hazelnut Praline
Hazelnut Praline
This chocolate simply blends hazelnut paste with dark chocolate.  For a rich, dark and ‘cuddly’ chocolate that you can dwell and linger over.  Be cuddled by your chocolate!  Wrapped in a dark chocolate shell and topped with half a hazelnut.  It’s also dairy-free and vegan-friendly (there is a potential trace of dairy here – for those with dietary intolerances to dairy)

This peppermint truffle is made using the finest peppermint oils or, when in season, the fresh leaves of garden mint – for an altogether more organic flavour.  Decorated in a dark shell with a splash of green cocoa butter.

This Espresso truffle is made with dark chocolate, rich, dark espresso for an unmistakable coffee flavour.  Decorated in a dark shell with set with a walnut.
Rhubarb & Ginger

For a taste of spring with a gentle kick, this milk chocolate truffle is made with a smooth, milk chocolate blended with rhubarb puree from rhubarb grown in my garden plus enough fresh ginger to lift your spirits.  Topped with a slice of crystalised ginger too.

This is a fresh and fruity truffle made with passionfruit puree and white chocolate.  Wrapped and a white shell with an orange tiger stripe.
Spiced Apple Caramel
For something to help get us in the mood for the autumn and to celebrate our wonderful apple harvest, here is a caramel made with apple puree and spiced with cinnamon – the apple will arrive first and then you’ll find a gentle, warming hint of the spices. This chocolate is wrapped in a milk chocolate shell which has been decorated in autumnal colours – reds, greens and gold.
