Spiced Rum & Raisin Selection

The intention of my handmade Spiced Rum & Raisin truffles is to transport you to the Caribbean.  This is a rich, dark chocolate flavoured with locally-distilled Spiced Rum (Two Birds of Market Harborough) and with spices including ginger, cloves and cinnamon.  Each truffle is wrapped in dark chocolate and topped with a plump flame raisin.
