A carefully curated selection of exciting handmade chocolates
Your boxes of handmade chocolates will contain a selection from Nenette Chocolate’s luxury pralines, alcohols, caramels and ganache truffles. Flavours include the best-selling Ginger Salted Caramel, Spiced Rum & Raisin, Gooseberry Fool and Rhubarb Gin, to name just a few.
New flavours such as Biscoff Caramel and Fruit jellies dipped in dark chocolate are introduced on a regular basis and will also change with the seasons. Christmas will see, for example, Whiskey & Marmalade, Marzipan with Amaretto and Orange with Cointreau. The summer months are a celebration of the fresh fruits that I am able to incorporate into my chocolates from my garden. Gooseberry Fool is one of your favourites. As is Strawberry & Pepper, Blackcurrant Caramel and Rhubarb & Ginger.

If you’re thinking that all this leaves you with the huge challenge of deciding what to choose, then don’t worry. The beauty of these lovely boxes of chocolates is that Nenette will select the flavours to be included in your box for you so you don’t have to. Each box will therefore be unique to you and will be accompanied by tasting notes so that you can enjoy each chocolate to the full.
All you have to do is decide how many chocolates you’d like – the boxes come in multiples of 6 from 6 up to 24 with 1, 2, 3 or 4 of each of 6 flavours to explore depending on how large a box you choose.
However, for those of you who know exactly what you’d like, then I’m impressed! Just for you, there is a selection of chocolates in boxes or bags containing just your favourite flavour.

Ginger salted caramel
A soft caramel made with salted butter and fresh double cream which is infused with a hint of fresh root ginger. All enclosed in milk chocolate and decorated with and orange ‘tiger’s stripe’.

Treacle caramel
Rich, dark caramel made with fresh double cream and treacle enrobed in dark chocolate. Think ‘bonfire toffee.’

Rhubarb Gin
Milk chocolate ganache flavoured with fresh rhubarb puree and locally distilled rhubarb gin from the wonderful Rugby Distillery. Wrapped in a creamy milk chocolate shell decorated with red cocoa butter and a white tiger-stripe.

Gin & Tonic
A light, whippy white chocolate ganache with a good, strong measure of gin and tonic with a twist of lemon. As you might expect…,but wrapped in a dark and milk chocolate mottled shell.

Champagne
Marc de champagne, which for my chocolates is a 65% proof, distilled champagne. Blended with milk chocolate into a ganache made with fresh cream and unsalted butter. All enclosed in milk chocolate and dusted in gold in either a sphere or a heart-shaped shell. This flavour is also available in a box of its own – because it’s that popular.

Marmalade & Whisky
A rich, dark chocolate ganache with Seville Orange marmalade and a measure or two of Laphroaig Single Malt whisky to add a distinctive smokiness to the flavour. All wrapped in dark chocolate and decorated with crystallised orange. This flavour is also available in a box of its own.

Orange and Cointreau
The fresh juice and zest of orange is added with a generous helping of Cointreau to a milk chocolate ganache made with fresh cream and unsalted butter. Wrapped in milk chocolate and decorated with a splash of gold cocoa butter.

Hazelnut Praline
This chocolate simply blends hazelnut paste with dark chocolate. For a rich, dark and ‘cuddly’ chocolate that you can dwell and linger over. Be cuddled by your chocolate! Wrapped in a dark chocolate shell and topped with half a hazelnut. It’s also dairy-free and vegan-friendly (there is a potential trace of dairy here – for those with dietary intolerances to dairy)

Amaretto & Marzipan
A lovely blend of textures provided by a smooth milk chocolate ganache, which has been flavoured with a generous helping of Amaretto, sitting on a layer of marzipan for a lovely almond twist to this truffle. Wrapped in a shell made of both white (to help the colours on top to pop) and milk chocolates.

Raspberry
White chocolate ganache made with fresh, home-made raspberry puree enclosed in white chocolate and decorated with freeze-dried raspberry pieces.

Blackcurrant & Cassis
If you love a fresh, zingy fruity flavour, then this is the chocolate for you. Blackcurrants from the garden are combined with white chocolate to take the edge of the tartness of the fruit. All wrapped in a dark chocolate shell sprinkled with freeze-dried raspberries.

Spiced Rum & Raisin
Be transported to the Caribbean with this rich, dark chocolate truffle where the dark chocolate ganache filling is flavoured with locally-distilled Spiced Rum – topped with a plump flame raisin.

Passion Fruit
This is a fresh and fruity truffle made with passionfruit puree and white chocolate. Wrapped and a white shell with an orange tiger stripe.

Spiced Apple Caramel
For something to help get us in the mood for the autumn and to celebrate our wonderful apple harvest, here is a caramel made with apple puree and spiced with cinnamon – the apple will arrive first and then you’ll find a gentle, warming hint of the spices. This chocolate is wrapped in a milk chocolate shell which has been decorated in autumnal colours – reds, greens and gold.
