If you love the chocolate that I use throughout this website for my handmade chocolate, you might simply want to indulge in a bag of the chocolate that I start out with.

This is perfect to cook with, make hot chocolate with – but see also the Hot Chocolate Bombs – or to simply eat as it is.

Choose from:

Dark chocolate a mellow, rich but not too strong 53%

Milk chocolate a punchy, strong 40% milk chocolate with boosted cocoa and reduced sugar with lots of flavour

White a velvety 33% cocoa content, again with reduced sugar so that it’s not as sweet as other white chocolates you may have tried
