Rhubarb and Ginger


My homegrown rhubarb is roasted in the oven with orange zest and fresh, grated ginger and then blended to make a beautiful, smooth puree. I then combine it with chocolate to make the luscious filling for this handmade truffle. Wrapped in a milk chocolate shell your chocolate is finally decorate with a thin slice of crystalised ginger.
