Dark choc ganache with cocoa nibs

A devastatingly simple chocolate: made using a smooth and rich dark (53%) chocolate cream and butter. And that’s it. Oh, and decorated with a sprinkle of cocoa nibs for an extra hit of chocolate and a bit of a crunch.
