Champagne Spheres

This is a smooth, rich chocolate as you’d expect for such a decadent flavour. Made with a dark (40%) milk chocolate mixed to a ganache using fresh cream and unsalted butter. And of course a beautiful, Marc de Champagne. This truffle is wrapped in a milk chocolate shell and dusted in gold.
