Gooseberry Fool

One of your ‘five-a-day’ this fresh and flavoursome truffle is made with just gooseberry puree – from my garden – and white chocolate and that’s it. The tartness of the fruit is offset by the sweetness of the chocolate but not so much that you don’t still get that fruity ‘zing.’ Just wait to be transported back to your childhood!
