Gin & Tonic

This is a light handmade truffle where white chocolate (33% cocoa content) is combined with fresh cream to make a ganache before everything you’d expect to take part in a Gin & Tonic is added too. The zest and a twist of lemon juice, tonic water and of course a generous measure of locally distilled London Dry Gin. Enclosed in a dark chocolate shell, this is finally rolled in white chocolate for an individual finish.
