Gooseberry Gin

This truffle combines the tartness of gooseberries (grown in my garden) with sweet, velvety white chocolate. The sharp fruit flavour is retained because no further sugar is added to the ganache. However a good measure of homemade Gooseberry Gin (think Sloe gin, only with gooseberries replacing the sloes) is added too! Wrapped in a white chocolate shell and decorated with a dark chocolate tiger’s stripe
