Ginger Salted Caramel
This is one of your favourites (so you tell me!). I handmade this caramel with salted butter and fresh double cream infused with fresh root ginger. All wrapped in a dark milk (40%) chocolate and decorated either with a sprinkle of rock salt or splashes of yellow cocoa butter. This has a distinctive caramel experience: the delicious, smooth salted caramel gently melts in your mouth before you are entertained by a gentle kick of ginger.
