Whiskey & Marmalade

If you like a decent Single Malt, then this is the chocolate for you! I combine a sumptuous, dark chocolate ganache made with 53% dark chocolate (rich, smooth but not so strong that it masks the flavours I am adding for you) with homemade whiskey marmalade and a generous helping of Single Malt. Laphroaig for example. All wrapped up in a simple, dark chocolate shell and topped with a chunk of crystalised orange peel.
