Guinness Caramel

Yes, you read that correctly. I handmade this caramel with….well, Guinness. Set in a dark chocolate shell and decorated with a swirl of white chocolate in my attempt to persuade you to think that you’re actually drinking a pint. This is a beautiful, smooth caramel with that distinctive Guinness flavour all wrapped in smooth chocolate for something that really does work!
